Celia Daisy Morna Haggard is an English actress and writer. She is known for her roles in the BBC sitcoms Uncle and Episodes. Haggard also stars in BBC Three’s Back to Life, a series which she also created and co-wrote with Laura Solon. In 2020, she appeared alongside Martin Freeman as Ally in the FX series Breeders
