Kaphrao’s father was a worker for Fai’s father (Akanee). After he died Akanee took care of her. She was mistreated by a little Fai thinking she was there to steal her father’s attention. She is now a young woman who doesn’t let herself give up and gives as good as she gets, especially when it comes to Fai annoying her.
