Alexandra Turshen

Biography

Alexandra Turshen is a New York based actor, singer, dancer, and writer. Turshen grew up on the stage. From a young age, she was on a pre-professional track to become a ballet dancer, and joined the Washington Ballet after graduating high school. After an injury forced her to reexamine her aspirations, she enrolled in Mount Holyoke College where she enrolled in her first acting class. She fell in love, and never looked back. After graduating, Alex moved to New York City where she has been working professionally ever since. 

Turshen has appeared in various films and television shows such as Red Oaks, Boys Meet Girl, Lonely Boys, Body, Land of Smilesand The Maladjusted.
