Elsbeth McCall

Biography

Elsbeth is a Toronto-based television and filmmaker. She is a graduate of the film program at Sheridan College (2017) as well as the theatre conservatory training program at Humber College (2010). Her films, Runaway & Perception, have played festival circuits in Canada.

She has worked on many television and film sets in Toronto as an actor, director, producer, writer, assistant director and script supervisor. Some of her favourite projects include White Lie (Film Forge), Frankie Drake Mysteries and Murdoch Mysteries (Shaftesbury/CBC), Avocado Toast (Guts & Gall Productions), and Jump, Darling (Big Island Productions). Elsbeth is currently slated as an associate producer on season 4 of Hudson and Rex (Shaftesbury/Pope Productions/City TV) as well as a director on Season 15 of Murdoch Mysteries (Shaftesbury/CBC) in January 2022.
