Lynn Hunter

Biography

Lynn Hunter is an actress, known for Submarine (2010), The End of the F***ing World (2017) and Very Annie Mary (2001). She has been fortunate enough to have worked in theatre, television, film and radio. For the past 20+ years she has also been involved in the development of new writing.

She had a leading role in Russell T Davies’ CUCUMBER and BANANA for Channel 4/E4 and plays the formidable matriarch Peggy in comedy series THE TUCKERS for BBC Wales.

Her many onstage credits include SCARLETT for Hampstead Theatre / Theatr Clwyd, UNDER MILK WOOD for The Watermill Theatre, SAY IT WITH FLOWERS for the Sherman Theatre, THE GRAPES OF WRATH, BRASSED OFF, OH! WHAT A LOVELY WAR and ROMEO & JULIET for Clwyd Theatr Cymru and SHADOW OF A BOY at the National Theatre.
