Biography

Minnie runs a business named TriForce Creative Network with her husband Fraser. The organisation was set up to address opportunity poverty within the arts and entertainment industry, focusing on inclusion and access. The organisation was 15 years old in 2018, and has helped thousands of talents individuals from all walks of life start their careers – both in front and behind the camera.

In 2018 they set up Dandi – the diversity and inclusion support service for TV and film, and now work with companies such as the BBC, the CDN, Hat Trick Productions, Monkey Kingdom and Expectation to help them find more diverse crew and creatives and embed progressive D&I practices into their businesses.

She is one half of the producing team, Mr and Mrs Ayres, whose credits include ‘Sorry I Didn’t Know’ a comedy panel show for ITV.

Minnie is also an actress known for playing Robyn in BBC3’s “Coming of Age’ as well as appearances in “Doctor’s”, “MI High” and a stage career working with Frantic Assembly, National Theatre, RSC, Birmingham Rep and West Yorkshire Playhouse.
