Sarah Soetaert

Biography

Sarah Soetaert is originally from Belgium. Her West End debut was in the Musical Cats. After Cats she did a UK tour with Carousel and then went on to play Fame in the West End. This was followed by Kiss Me Katein the West End, then on to Chicago the Musical.

Other stage roles have included Ivy Smith in On The Town at the Chatelet Theatre in Paris, The Baroness in The Sound of Music UK Tour 2015, and Helen Burger in The Glenn Miller Story UK Tour 2015 / 2016.

Sarah’s most recent screen work includes Different For Girls, the Docudrama Small Hands at War, and the Lars Von Trier film, Nymphomaniac.

Sarah reprised the role of Roxie Hart in the 21st Anniversary production of CHICAGO alongside Cuba Gooding Jr as Billy Flynn, Ruthie Henshall as Mama Morton and Josefina Gabrielle as Velma Kelly.
