Shani Atias

Biography

Shani Atias is an actress, model and humanitarian. She made her TV debut as a series regular in the Israeli hit show Galis, as Natalie.

Shani Atias was born in the city of Haifa, Israel, to Israeli-born parents of Moroccan-Jewish descent. Her grandfather was a rabbi. She has two older siblings, Michael, an accountant, and Moran Atias, the actress. She was released from the Israeli Defense Forces due to meningitis, after six months of service in squadron commanders course. Atias is a graduate of Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles.

She appeared in NCIS (2013), Shameless (2014), NCIS New Orleans (2015), CSI Cyber (2016), Macgyver (2018), LA’s Finest (2019) and more. In early 2017, Shani was cast as Amira, in the ABC drama Ten Days in the Valley starring Kyra Sedgwick.

She appeared in films Lost Boy with Virginia Madsen (2016) playing Beth, a goth teenager, wise beyond her years, the Israeli comedy Ibiza (2016) and T’zevah Adom (2017) playing Ronit a compassionate Israeli soldier.

Shani is a very known and loved actress in Israel, working mainly on television and film. Projects to which she got widely recognized by the national and international press.

Atias got married in 2018. She lives with her husband in Los Angeles.
