Biography

Tennille has been acting professionally for a decade. Straight out of the gates from theatre school, Tennille worked predominantly on stage before transitioning into the world of tv and film. Some of her first roles were on the shows Heroes Reborn,  Shadowhunters, Schitt’s Creek, Good Witch, Condor, Bajillionaires and Hudson & Rex just to name a few. She has a series recurring role on the hit tv show Workin’ Moms . It streams on CBC Gem in Canada, and Netflix around the world and you can see her in seasons 2-5.

Tennille recently worked on Atom Egoyan’s latest film Guest of Honour . She plays “Roseangela,” who is the ailing wife of the lead David Thewlis. The film’s debut was at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.

She was awarded Best Supporting Actor in the Hollywood North Film Awards for her work on the short film I Lost My Mind.

She has also recorded an audio book for the heartbreaking novel Tell It ToThe Trees by Anita Rau Badami.

Tennille has performed in many commercials that have aired across Canada and Internationally.

When not performing, she keeps creative by painting.
