Aunt Praline is Strawberry Shortcake's kind aunt who lives in Big Apple City and acts as Strawberry's parental figure during her stay. She is currently allowing Strawberry to live with her and is helping her to become the best baker in the world, even lending her niece her old food truck to help her get started. She often gives advice to Strawberry whenever she is struggling, feeling down or needs help.
She works for Mayor Molasses as chief of staff, and often has to play heavy assistance for him due to his ineptitude. One of her responsibilities is to listen to proposals for new projects and deciding to approve them.
She's currently dating Kiki KeyLime.
