She is assistant coach at SS Chemnitz and trains Sara Winkler.
Ava was already a talented figure skater in her childhood and was able to win some medals. Due to a serious injury at the beginning of her professional career, Ava had to put her dream of a great career on hold and has been working as a trainer ever since. Now she is looking forward to her new life in Essen, although she has to leave her girlfriend behind.
