An Aiel Maiden of the Spear. She was born to the Nine Valleys sept of the Taardad Aiel. Perrin Aybara finds Aviendha locked in a cage in Atuan's Mill, chooses to release Aviendha from her cage, and the pair face Dain Bornhald's Whitecloaks together. Aviendha proves an extremely capable warrior, and can easily defeat several Whitecloaks.
Aviendha and Elayne become lovers.
