Charlie is the princess of Hell and daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. She is trying to help the overpopulation of Hell by opening a hotel to rehabilitate sinners so they can go to heaven.
Charlie was voiced by Jill Harris (speaking) and Elsie Lovelock (singing) in the pilot.
