Chloe is the third eldest child of Fay and Russell Brennan and the only sister to Mark, Aaron, and (half-brother) Tyler. She initially came to Erinsborough to reconnect with her brothers Mark and Aaron.
She has Huntington's and started paid dating via Cash4Company.
After settling in Erinsborough, Chloe has been involved in numerous (non-incestuous) queer relationships with people including:
- Mel Lohan – her ex-girlfriend whom she had first met on her world travels;
- Elly Conway – Mark's then-fiancée and (as of the series "finale" in 2022) her current partner;
- Nicolette Stone – Fay's former live-in nurse, biological co-parent to Aaron and inlaw David's daughter Isla, and her own ex-fiancée;
- Kiri Durant – a housemate turned fling who was actually her brother-in-law's long-lost cousin, and ex-lover of her ex-fiancée Nic.
