She is one of a group of two political scouts who comes to visit Leslie Knope and offers to help her run a City Council election campaign.
In her final appearance, she and her fellow scout inform Leslie that they’re searching for other political candidates. Leslie clearly upset by this accuses the two of sleeping with each other, Elizabeth clearly angry by this reveals to Leslie that she is in fact a lesbian before leaving.
