Fatima Stevens (nee Hassan-Rostami) is one of the people trapped in the Township who lives in Colony House. She is in a loving relationship with Ellis Stevens, whom she eventually marries. While occasionally the trials and stresses of life trapped in the Town can get to her, she is a persistent voice of optimism and hope for those around her.
At some point, Fatima was ‘infected’ and eventually becomes a Creature.
Note: It is possible Fatima is still alive inside the Creature, but all evidence (such as her slowing heart beat) point to her being dead and her body being taken over by the parasitic creature.
