Eve’s ex. She wrote a dissertation on eagles and got Eve and the guys hooked on them.
They broke up because Eve ghosted Francine when she cut out everyone she felt were not supporting her dream (including her family). But really, Francine always supported her, Eve was just too angry to see it.
They tried a second time, but Francine wanted to adopt and Eve did not.
