Fritzi is the daughter of the founder and owner of KaDeWes, Adolf Jandorf. She is attracted to women and celebrates the new lesbian subculture in "wild Berlin". Her mother Cordula is watching her daughter's inclinations with concern. Fritzi loves her work: In Harry's advertising department, she becomes the first woman in a management position, albeit unpaid. When she meets Hedi, it is love at first sight, albeit a painful one that has to survive a separation.
