She is a strict, powerful, strong-minded person.
When she attended Monster High herself as a teenager, she single-handedly broke the "stone ceiling" and paved the way for gorgons to be allowed to play casketball by showing they could do so without using their petrifying gaze.
As an adult, she is a successful businesswoman who insists on upholding the ideology that "gorgons always win". She demands that Deuce's snakes carry out her orders to influence Deuce so as to make sure he always succeeds, and prefers not to give such harsh commands to Deuce herself nor let him hear what she tells his snakes.
