Naveen has begun fertility treatments to carry the baby for her and her wife, however when she's rushed to the ER, they learn she has a towel left over from the surgery where she met her wife.
This causes severe strain on their relationship, especially when Luna makes a decision to save Naveen's life at the expense of her uterus.
