When Nicole started having stomach pains, her girlfriend Beth had her check into Sacred Heart.The doctors found out what was wrong with her and offered her a safe steroid method, but she asked for an extremely risky surgical route. Turk and Dr. Cox searched the internet and found out that she was fat before and didn't want the steroids to make her gain weight. They convinced her that Beth would accept her no matter what and in the end she chose the safer steroid route.
