Rose is Donna Noble’s teenage daughter. She has a plushie business, to try and make some money for her parents.
She find herself caught in the Doctor and her mom’s past when she offer shelter for an alien after their crash near london.
Rose may be non-binary, based on her partial absorption of the DoctorDonna meta crisis. She and Donna let go of the power in the end, as it would have killed them, to keep it.
She later began work at UNIT.
