Skout is a very meek, young girl with a Southern accent. Many people disregard her for her book-worm nature and optimistic tone, nearly to the point of naivete. In her first meeting with the Nomad, she is unable to identify him due to his unassuming appearance and gentle nature. That being said, even after she learns the fact, she has come to believe that the stories around the Nomad are perhaps untrue and attempts to defend him.
