Miho Arakawa (荒川 美穂 Arakawa Miho) is a Japanese voice actress from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, affiliated with the Tokyo Actor’s Consumer’s Cooperative Society. She stars in a number of anime television shows including as Himari in Penguindrum, Tsunomi Kabutohara in Wizard Barristers, Naruko Aoba in Magica Wars, and Ginko Yurishiro in Yurikuma Arashi. She also voices Meiko in Digimon, and in the Danganronpa games and shows, she has voiced Sonia Nevermind.
