Beatriz de Oliveira Arantes was born in Piumhi, Minas Gerais. She moved to São Sebastião do Paraíso at the age of three, where she lived until her teens. She studied ballet until she was eleven, following a knee injury.
That was when she joined a workshop and started doing plays, however her plan was to get a degree as a psychologist from a Catholic college. She fell in love with the arts and performing.
