Chapman stars as JJ Perry on the new NBC drama “Council of Dads.”
Chapman was born in Ventura, Calif., in 2011. Following in his big brother’s footsteps, he decided at 7 to pursue acting. Chapman’s first project was a short film titled “L.A. Preschool,” written, produced and directed by Marla Sokoloff. He is also known for his roles as Zabeth in “Undone,” starring Rosa Salazar and created by Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob-Waksberg, and as Thomas in the upcoming “City of Ghosts” (2020), created by Elizabeth Ito.
In his free time, he loves to go on quirky adventures with his family, play baseball, take care of his bearded dragon “Duke,” and make guacamole.
