Grosland is passionate about work that challenges audiences, shifts paradigms, and serves to increase empathy in our culture. 

Grosland is working to create a career that makes space for trans actors and patrons within traditionally cis-stories and environments. As well as work that emphasizes the humanity and strength in trans people as individuals and as a community. “Let us be the heroes of our own stories.”
