Born in Dallas, Texas to a Caucasian father and an African American mother, Phylicía was drawn to acting after competing with her speech and debate team at The University of North Texas. Phylicía is a trained, professional and dedicated actress. Now thriving in Atlanta, GA, in ongoing training with acting coach Vince Pisani. She’s a fresh face known for her work in The Christmas Lottery (2020), AM Radio (2020), and Trap City (2020).
