Romina Becks

Biography

Romina Becks was born on December 29, 1987 in Duisburg, Germany. She is an actress, known for Verbotene Liebe (1995), VIVApedia (2012) and Das perfekte Promi-Dinner (2005).

Growing up in Düsseldorf, Becks began to develop her passion for the stage at the age of three. So she took countless dance lessons early on (including ballet, jazz, modern dance, hip-hop and contemporary dance) and proved her skills several times during her dance training at Tanzhaus NRW in Düsseldorf. In the 2007 season she was also active as a cheerleader for the NFL European team Rhein Fire.

From October 2007 to February 2012 Becks played the role of Miriam Pesch in the ARD evening series Verbotene Liebe. Since then, she has become known among others. by a photo spread in the men’s magazine FHM, as one of the famous faces for a PETA campaign or the appearance as a hostess in the VOX telecast Perfect Celebrity Dinner with Juliette Schoppmann, Henning Krautmacher and Kena Amoa expanded. On September 30, 2011, she introduced VIVA as a new member of the moderator team. From October 2011 to September 2015 she presented the VIVA Top 100 and VIVApedia on the music channel.
