Zuri Adele

Biography

Zuri Adele made her series regular debut as Malika in Freeform’s “Good Trouble,” the much anticipated “The Fosters” spinoff. 

As a theater actress, she has performed with the SITI Company of New York and Georgia Shakespeare. She has also participated in several classical and contemporary shows during her undergraduate studies at Spelman College and The British American Drama Academy, as well as UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television, where she completed her Master of Fine Arts in acting. 

Zuri grew up in Palo Alto, California, and Brooklyn, New York. Passionate about the liberation of people of African descent and equality for all beings, Zuri is excited about the impact of her character’s particular story at this crucial time.
