Blaine is a secondary character appearing in “Wizard City”
Blaine followed Spader Petersen, and was jealous when Spader cast an affinity spell that sought Spader’s cousin Larry, who had been turned into a rock, instead of Blaine.
Later when Spader goes missing, Blaine seeks out their uncle’s help in finding out what happened to him.
