Catherine "Cat" Adams, a.k.a. "Miss .45" and "The Black Widow Killer", is a misandristic, psychopathic, and prolific serial killer and hitwoman who later reappeared as the mastermind in a vendetta against Spencer Reid. She was betrayed by her lover and finance, Lindsey. She miscarried in jail and was eventually executed.
