She was the agent who was responsible with investigating the death of Philadelphia's District Attorney Todd Denver and subsequently arrested Jorge Castillo for the crime along with other crimes. She's also looking to a case against Annalise Keating.
She sleeps with Tegan, but it's a ruse by Tegan to get Claire thrown off the case.
