A friend of Daniel's, who knew her when she was named Titus, Claire is admitted for chest pains which turn out to be a heart attack. Sadly, she has to stop taking hormones for the heart medications to be useful.
Her ex-wife arrives, not knowing Claire transitioned, and the two reconnect as friends.
