Dominga is best known as “Daddy.” She is Barb’s right-hand woman in D Block and manages her drug running.
She was imprisoned for pimping and possibly for getting caught up in the murder of one of her girls.
In season six she starts a relationship with Dayanara Diaz and she gets her hooked on drugs. In season seven, she dies of an OD.
