Among the other surprise guests were Joe Pantoliano (Gina and Jennifer’s co-star in the 1996 film, Bound), reality star Sutton Stracke, and Jennifer’s sister (and fellow actress), Meg Tilly, and regarding the episode, it revealed that Gina and Jennifer had been romantically involved, though Gina was unaware that Jennifer was possessed by Tiffany.
Gina had given the twins a gun as a birthday gift, but it was part of her plan to use the weapon to confront Joe, which she does after catching him hitting on Jennifer.
Gina later took out the gun and pointed it at Joe, and during the moment, the villainess asked Joe if he was in love with Jennifer. Joe revealed his feelings for Jennifer, and afterwards, the evil Gina shot Joe to death, firing all of the bullets into Joe before dumping his body inside the elevator.
