A major antagonist in seasons 3 and 4. She is a corrupt cop and the cousin of drug dealer and street thug Kanan. She’s ruthless and runs a side business, which includes using young punks to pull armed robberies. She’s not above taking lives.
She's also Kanan's cousin and Marvin’s daughter.
In the prequel, she's played by Hailey Kilgore.
