Formerly Leanne Miller. She is Nicole's mother and she worked as a receptionist at the hospital. She is outspoken, wise, and thoughtful as finds her way into everyone's business.
When Leanne retired from the reception desk she began working at the flower stall in the hospital and secretly fell in love with Rosalyn (Maeve's mother).
