A 42-year-old construction worker who accidentally got a nail shot in her arm. Paula initially tried to remove the nail herself because she didn’t want to risk getting fired for filing a worker’s compensation suit. At station 19, an ultrasound was used to make sure the nail was removed safely. Once that was taken care of, she went back to work and said she planned on mailing the nail to her ex-wife without a note.
