Queen of the pirate nation of Coryana, Safiyah is a terrifying and intimidating person.
Safiyah is a very infamous figure in the criminal underworld, as she has many connections and contacts all over the world, sending her men in mission to Gotham from somewhere near Santorini.
At some point, she met Alice, who hates her, but Safiyah was (at some point) in love with Alice.
