Born in 2005, she demonstrated all of the text book characteristics that one would associate with psychopathy.
When Scarlett was 16, she moved into the legendary "Murder House" at 1119 Westchester Place in Los Angeles, California. While living there, she discovered the mysterious black latex body suit of the "Rubberman".
After being manipulated by the girls at school into outing herself, Scarlett donned the suit and killed them.
