A ‘60s housewife and mother who accidentally hits Viktor (then Vanya) with a car, causing amnesia. While Sissy's husband is a jerk, they grow close.
Even though they're in love, Sissy stays with Carl (until he dies) and opts to go to California instead of the future.
Her autistic son absorbed some of Viktor's powers.
She died, under an assumed name, in 1989.
Note: At the time of Sissy and Viktor's relationship, Viktor was using the name Vanya and she/her pronouns. It is unknown what shape their relationship would have been post transition.
