Tammy is a brash Palawa and Paakantji Wiradjuri girl determined to become a professional footy player. She was part of Deadloch high's footy team until coach Latham kicked her out for being a girl before he died.
With her cousin and best friend Miranda, she comes from a family of arboriginal people who are fighting to get their land back from the Carruthers family who colonized the land long ago.
