
Biography
Lesbian to the stars and New York’s leading lady Boop returns to the big screen this spring in the highly anticipated film adaptation of the YouTube web series New York Girls TV (in select theaters May 2017) reprising her role as “Mya,” a magazine Chief & Editor who struggles to find love.
Boop made her acting debut in the gritty LGBT web series quickly gaining a following and countless recognition for her performance, style and beauty. Time Out New York featured her on its cover as one of the LGBT game changers.
She’s appeared in several music videos including Live Sosa’s “Interlude De Throw’d” and Fuzz Rico’s “Centerlude.” Boop also appeared in Netflix’s adaptation of Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It.
In addition to her film and TV work, her passion lies in dance and writing. The ex-ballet dancer and poet will soon add author to her resume. Her trilogy is scheduled to be published later this year.
When she’s not juggling between acting gigs and writing, Boop enjoys surreal art, wine and chill-wave music. She finds pleasure in traveling and experiencing different cultures throughout the world.
