Biography

Camille Cottin is a French film, television and stage actress. She became well-known in 2013 for playing her role in the series of comedy sketches of La Connasse on channel Canal+.

In 2013, she portrays the main role in La Connasse on Canal+ produced by Silex Films, which are sketches in candid camera of less than two minutes. Written by Noémie Saglio and Éloïse Lang, the episodes are broadcast on Le Grand Journal and are available on DVD since 4 March 2014. She later appeared in the film based on these mini-series titled Connasse, Princesse des cœurs, released in 2015. In 2016, she appeared in Allied, Iris, and Cigarettes et chocolat chaud.

Camille Cottin is the daughter of the artist Gilles Cottin. She married an architect in 2005 and they have two children: a son named Léon, born in 2009, and a daughter named Anna, born in August 2015. Her great-grandfather is the historian Paul Cottin.
