In 2014, Danielle launched She’s a Gent, a blog that celebrates and explores personal style while also using it as a tool to bring awareness to nonbinary fashion and style. It’s a space that creates visibility for the under-represented LGBTQ+ and QTPOC (Queer and Trans People of Color) communities through self-expression as visual activism.
As a woman of color, and someone who identifies on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, Danielle understands what it’s like to be marginalized and understands the importance of being visible. She is committed to empowering others to freely explore and celebrate their individuality.
