A childhood friend of Kate’s, Evan uses he/him and they/them pronouns.
Evan attributes being out to Kate, whom they’d asked to the prom and had a little gay breakdown when Kate showed up in a suit. After putting on a dress Kate had, Evan accepted themself for who they are (a non binary gay).
Which also seems to include being a member of the Collective, an art-crime-ring, and the villain known as Wolf-Spider.
