Theo Crain is the middle child and designated black sheep of the family. She has the ability to know what people are feeling from touching them and she uses that ability in her job as a child psychologist. She can also do this with objects. Sometimes the feelings from others transfers to her.
Because she has this ability, she wears gloves most of the time to prevent it from happening. This also causes her to not get close to people outside her family.
Theo comes out to her family after she's caught banging one of the Bridesmaids at her sister's wedding. They took it with humor.
