Desiree, typically going by “Jeffrey”, realizes she’s a trans girl in season 2, episode 2. However, this is never brought up again and she continues to present as male in the rest of the series. According to creator Nico Colaleo, the episode was meant to be the season 2 finale. but DreamWorksTV aired it out of the order and, had the series been renewed for a third season, Desiree’s plotline would have continued [source].
