Karen Aldridge

Biography

Karen Aldridge is an accomplished TV, Film and Theatre actor.  She originated the role of “Mrs. Phelps” in Matilda on Broadway.  On television, Karen’s most memorable roles have been “Adele Kipling” in Netflix’s THE GET DOWN, “Dr. Kendra” on NBC’s CHICAGO FIRE & CHICAGO MED, as well as “Dr. Ella Harris” in the Golden Globe winning series BOSS.  Karen is a critically acclaimed theater artist, and in 2001, starred in the international tour of Le Costume directed by Peter Brook. She is a proud member of A Red Orchid Theatre Company in Chicago.
